Q: When will I receive my gem?

📅 Renewal Date:
Your subscription will automatically renew on the 20th of each month.

📦 Shipping Schedule:
Boxes are packed and shipped between the 1st and 5th of each month.

🛒 When You’ll Receive Your First Box:
Subscribe on or before the last day of the month (the 30th/31st), and you’ll receive that month’s box.

Subscribe on or after the 1st, and you’ll receive next month’s box as your first delivery.

🔁 No need to resubscribe each month — your membership stays active until you choose to cancel.
