Shipping policy

Parcels are sent via Australia Post with express shipping and signature on delivery. Additional shipping insurance is able to be added to your order, please contact us at betteridgesapphires@outlook.com to arrange additional insurance. 

Loose stones and ready to wear jewellery will be shipped within 3 days of purchase. 

Custom jewellery orders are made to order with a 4-6 week turnaround. Custom orders will be shipped within 3 days of completion.
