Each piece is made to last a lifetime, and we proudly stand by it with our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

Our Promise 

Every piece goes through careful checks before it leaves our hands.
If there’s ever a problem caused by how your jewellery was made, we’ll repair or replace it — no dramas.
This warranty begins on the date of purchase (from October 2025) and remains valid for as long as you own the piece.

We also strongly recommend an annual inspection to check for general wear and tear. Regular checks help pick up small issues before they turn into costly repairs or lost stones.
