Monthly Sapphire Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Monthly Sapphire Giveaway run by Betteridge Sapphires, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.

  • Employees of Betteridge Sapphires and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  • Entrants must have an active membership in The Australian Sapphire Club (either Insider or Subscription Box tier) at the time of the draw.

2. Entry

  • Entry into the giveaway is automatically included for all current members of The Australian Sapphire Club.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter the draw.

  • Insider Members and Subscription Box Members are each entitled to one entry per month.

  • Members must be subscribed at the time of the draw to be eligible.

3. The Prize

  • One prize is awarded each month: an ethically sourced Australian sapphire, hand-selected by Betteridge Sapphires.

  • The sapphire will be a minimum of 1ct in size and may vary in shape, colour, and clarity.

  • One (1) winner will be drawn at random each month.

  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

4. Draw and Winner Notification

  • The winner will be selected via random draw on or around the last business day of each month.

  • The winner will be contacted by phone or email within 3 business days of the draw.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.

  • The winner agrees to have their first name and state shared publicly (e.g. “Emma from VIC”) unless they request otherwise.

5. General Conditions

  • Betteridge Sapphires reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

  • This giveaway is a game of chance and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any third parties.

  • Giveaway complies with relevant Australian trade promotion laws. No state permit is required under current prize thresholds.
